I have a weakness for blonde and green haired anime girls. Was thinking about it and kinda thought, hmmm, I wonder if others had preferences like that.

I'd say red, pink, or light blue.

Those are all good colors too! Though I think those are more design dependent, at least for determining if I like the characters. However, I will say that they are definitely colors which have a tendency to boost the overall appeal of a character for me, much like green and blonde hair girls do.
