It's the dunk tank.

This is where you come to post big-brained hot takes by chuds, libs, or even fellow leftists, and tear them to itty-bitty pieces with precision dunkstrikes.

Rule 1: All posts must include links to the subject matter, and no identifying information should be redacted.

Rule 2: If your source is a reactionary website, please use archive.is instead of linking directly.

Rule 3: No sectarianism.

Rule 4: TERF/SWERFs Not Welcome

Rule 5: No ableism of any kind (that includes stuff like libt*rd)

Rule 6: Do not post fellow hexbears.

These are the folks that libs want to compromise with

Is that really the case anymore? Trump seemed to throw any delusions the Libs had about "moderate Republicans" out the fucking window, now every Lib I know wants to see the whole GOP burned to the ground. They want to do it via the ballot box and the courts, which is delusional, but even the mainstream Dems have seemingly abandoned the "reach across the aisle" BS and are now just trying to bully people into voting for them by pointing out how evil the Republicans are.

The main exception to that is the leadership of the Democratic party. Biden and Pelosi both seem to still have west wing brain, with Schumer being the one person who might actually have a functioning brain.

I can't speak for Pelosi but Biden, or I should more say Biden's handlers since he's too old to be pulling clever political maneuvers, seem to be leaning into the whole "Dark Brandon" bullshit. It's all posturing but they're putting on a good show of being at least a bit harder on the opposition.
