I still visit reddit to get relevant info to cross post to the communities I'm keeping alive here on Lemmy. And I've noticed a significant decline in the subbs I used to frequent. I can't be the only one noticing this? I mean like it's extremely easy to notice as you might go days without content on several subreddits that used be active. They are niche subs, but still...
From my own experience chat gpt has regressed in the answers I get. Bard has actually started to give me answers that are more usable.
My father in law is in complete denial. According to him they moved all the measurement equipment so that it favours "the Agenda" and gives wrong readings. He also claimes CO2 isnt a greenhouse gas. Sigh...
We like the stock!
I created a community for the sub I missed from Reddit. It might not be everybody's cup of tea, but I will keep the content flowing to Lemmy every single day.. It takes me 20-40 minutes each day to look for interesting content but it's worth it. As for the lack of comments they will come. The important part is being consistent.
Connect is awesome
If we are not able to stop them from infiltrating our internet (if they leave), what stops us from infiltrating their internet?
We are early adopters
I checked out connect because of the comments here, and I have to say that's it's freaking awsome. Really lives up to the sync feel. Keep up the great work👌
I'm so excited! How is the development going?
Having an uncensored model that outperforms GPT-4 would be a dream come true. The ability to run it locally would be also be an added bonus. But I doubt it would ever be possible on a desktop pc with a 3080. One can dream.
Realistically it's the only way he can sustain the development costs with such a small userbase. I've subscribed monthly to show my support. It's not really that much money considering how much I use sync.
