Yeah i suspected that fixed camera angles was a part of it but a lot of what i was thinking of was dialogue and acting. Just the way in how characters act in ways that comes off as idiosyncratic or strange and how primative graphics and less experienced voice actors might've contributed to that.
Mousy
From what i've seen the story is mostly intact so that is good but i'm wondering how much the off kilter / uncanny vibes are still there. Really that could've been the growing pains of early 3D games but i did feel there was a deliberate attempt to make it similar to something like twin peaks.
Looking at the silent hill 2 remake and thinking that it really just looks like every other 3rd person game released today. I don't know, I'm definitely jaded but these remakes just seem to be taking games that people hold a lot of nostalgia for and turning them into homogeneous triple aaa slop.
I'm part of the 10% (millennial who has been playing guitar for 15 years but never learned to played a blink 182 song) 😎
I never understood why there's a cabbage on the cover to hear nothing see nothing say nothing
Leprosy's snare sounds like a shotgun blast which is pretty cool as well.
I always hear a lot of complaints about how scott burns mixed those early death metal albums but i always liked how the bass sounded on those albums
Listening to blasphemy
Actually it's spelled "fortnite"
Also congrats :D
Ulysses cameo
Maybe a sort of out there take but consumers hyperfocusing on movie/song/game length is them looking at things through the lens of productivity and efficiency and the reason for that is that they've turned consumption into it's own job.
Oh hell yeah. I might give it a try when you're able to pirate it then. :)
