Didn't know it was possible for .gov websites to be operated by non-governmental entity. Weird.

That being said, what's everyones issue with my comments? Even worse, with me moderating c/serbia and c/cooperatives?

Edit: Could it be because I'm Serbian or something? A while back a guy on Reddit thought I was a Russian troll because it was, according to him, given that I would support Russia because I'm Serbian. Could be the same racist shit I guess.

People seem confused. The left one is the older game.

Yes, as I said. The premise or you "giving them a chance" is the part I have a problem with.

And no, being anti police doesn't really have any relevance to war atrocities

I mean, look, by that logic the policeman image is just completely irelevant, pro or against, to the Russian agression on Ukraine. In other words, what's left to us is to only presume that they support the invasion on bases of their nationality, something I think is inherently wrong, just as assuming anyone's attitudes based on race or creed.

Isn't this a literarly anti-police game? From Russians? Like, exacly whаt they should be making?

Finaly someone made the comparison I was looking for.

In democracies, people disagree and rpotest. That is a feature, not a bug.

Workers of Anchor Brewing have met, discussed, and decided to launch an effort to purchase the brewery and run it as a worker co-op!

A flower od freedom in a despotic desert. Solidarity!

Hey guys! I have took interest in Peertube and would like to find some good channels but I am still rather lost.

What are some of the channels that you enjoy? (I only speak english but feel free to write about any channel you like, let's share a little!)

It is an amazing movie in all regards but most of all technical. No wonder people think Kubric faked the moonlanding after watching a movie like this. Just magical!

I've always considered the movement for the control and common ownership of companies by their workers to be part of the same struggle as the FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) movement.

Both movements share the idea of holding humans over profit. While worker coops still earn money and sell services in a modern capitalist society, they stand against infinite growth of profit and create conditions for eventual degrowth and abolishment of capitalism. FOSS alternatives to popular corporate software and services go a step further by relying on donations only, completely abolishing profit.

I consider these movements natural allies. Since Coops still make money, and often form federations which have some investment capability, I think it would be wise for Coops to recognize the importance of FOSS as a viable alternative to corporate software and a means to decommodify and de-comercialise the Internet. It would be a huge step towards a more humane economy on a global level.

Would you agree?
