I want my day mildly ruined, not completely ruined. Please remember to refrain from reposting old content. If you post a post from reddit it is good practice to include a link and credit the OP. I'm not about stealing content!
It's just good to get something in this website for casual viewing whilst refreshing original content is added overtime.

Haha we just rented a house last weekend that had carpet that not only went up the side of the tub but had about 6 inches of carpet on the top edge too. Deep pile stuff too, not as low as in OP's picture. Quite a sight to see in person

Not infuriating, that's straight up disgusting. Why would anyone do that???
I just audibly gasped. This seems like a sensory nightmare getting out of the shower, or during periods of high humidity.

Nope! We do not have karma bots. Karma is about as valuable as the zimbabwe dollar here
That's the main disadvantage of Lemmy. I am paying my rent converting the reddit karma to dollars... 😢

This isn't just mildly infuriating, this is absolutely despicable
I don't like this at all.
Had carpet like that in England many years ago. Twp primary school boys and a bunch of their friends in the house - things got squelchy real quick
