Hahaha, libs are actually like this in real life too. I asked my mom at one point whether if Trump did something good as president whether she would think it's bad, and she said yes. I looked at her confusedly and asked if she really meant that and she said yes! I was shocked. Of course I should add that hours later, she brought it up again and said that actually, no, if someone she doesn't like does something good, the act is still good. So this anti-Trump (or Putin or Xi) impulse is extremely strong in the moment, but can be overcome with time and thought, after the immediate emotions from a political conversation have cooled. Very interesting.
