The amount of ADHD content in my watch later list is astounding, but it makes sense I was recently diagnosed with ADHD

But hey, I recently got my watch later list down under 400 from over 5000 videos

No I didn't watch them all, I purged most of of the list

Oh shit you can just not to watch them?

My adhd girlfriend says she experience anxiety every time she closes one of her browser tabs (which count in thousands) in firefox.

I am still trying to persuade her to use bookmarks instead.

You could introduce her to pocket or some other "read later" app/service.

Or just teach her obsidian.

I'm reading all the suggestions (one tab, bookmarks, pocket, so on) and thinking I do that, I do that too, only to realise this doesn't solve my problem, only spread it

Pocket is great.

Personally I like using one tab, it's not as ordered as bookmarks but very convenient though.

Dear God... What does she do when she shuts her PC down?

The PC can be shut down?

With strict discipline you too can learn this power

Or so I'm told

IDK I just basically had a few days where my focus landed on organizing my DOOM Piles after I took my medication and my watch later list was (luckily) caught in the cross hairs

It also helped that a lot of them were from different hyper obsessions I had over the years that I was no longer obsessed with

Taking steps to prevent it's growth also helped

I am hoping that someone can make an AI tool to go through all the videos, articles, etc and create various notebooks/scrapboards for me out of related content among all of it with how spread out all my stuff is

What a madlad. Hmm, what's the gender neutral term for madlad? Madperson? But that has the word "son" in it that's gendered. Oh I got it, swap with "entity". Gender neutral and Cthulhu approved.

Madperentity.

I’ve had this exact video in my watch later for longer than I remember

Me, bookmarking this post to search for the video later and add it to the "watch later" list eventually

this is a personal attack
