"Make healthy choices" I say to the child who has no choice but to eat what is served to him by his parents and school.

Absolutely perverse how early the "personal responsibility" brainwashing starts.

I felt like I was dying as a kid because school and my parents both fed me very low nutritional value food. I moved out way before I was ready for that reason among many others.

this feels pretty boddy shamey OP, also plenty of fried/unhealthy food is vegan, i'm sure you know this. I work in a vegan kitchen and the food is disgusting, I constantly feel so greasy haha
