There is a german youtuber who does a "5 minute Harry Podcast" where she analyzes 5 minutes of the first Harry Potter movie each time and they are mostly half an hour to an hour long.
There’s a podcast I listen to where they talk about a random episode of Top of the Pops. Each episode of TOTP was usually around 25 minutes, each episode of that podcast averages 5 hours at this point.

Ten minutes? Great, learn something new in ten minutes
Half an hour? Good, I have some time for that.
An hour? Maybe if I feel up to it

Six hours? Holy heck, this topic must be much deeper than I though! This person clearly did some homework and has something to say! Time to get consumed.

I don't even give a shit about speed running. I just like hearing how people figure out weird ass glitches. Though most of the time, the explanation literally boils down to "they got extremely lucky." Like the current world record for E2M3 in Quake.
Makes me think of Summoning Salt, he does one hell of a job telling a story in each of his "history of world records" videos.
I watched a long one on the original Doom. I have never tried to speedrun a game myself, but it's just fascinating.
