A man opened fire at a Halloween party in Chicago, shooting 15 people and critically injuring two, Illinois police told news outlets.

A witness said the man was denied entry to the Halloween party as the DJ announced it was ending, WBBM reported. “They told him he couldn’t come in, and he must have gone to his car and come back and started shooting,” Andre Williams told the TV station.

We're going for a record, guys. I can't help but feel like there is something that can be done about this, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Like there is an obvious solution somewhere, but where oh where could it be? Does anyone know?

Guns in candy to arm the kids, got it

If everyone had razors, we could end razor attacks overnight

No, the new one is "'No way to stop this happening", says only country where this happens regularly"

[–] null@slrpnk.net 19 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Sadly, that's an extremely old Onion headline -- almost a decade old at this point.

And repeated every week

No the newer one is 'how many rapes have to occur before you cut off your own dick?'

Seriously, this is a post I just saw.

As a Chicagoan, this sadly isn’t “news”, because it isn’t new/novel/different/anything other than ordinary dumbass behavior by the local yeetbois
