Landlords that deny installing AC units are going to kill people over aesthetics. Period. There is no future where they aren't necessary. The next killer heat dome could be next year. 619 dead in 2021 was just the beginning, a warning of what is to come.
Its not even about the aesthetics, its about landlords refusing to spend a dime on their investments. As our world advances our electrical needs change. If the unit cannot reach modern needs then it needs to be updated to reasonable capacity.
Well yeah; the landlord is supposed to install the AC unit, not the renter.
