I was literally taught this growing up in a white-ass evangelical church. If someone had a terminal illness, it was because god was testing their faith. More projection, what's new?

My Dad’s Native American and my Mom’s Indian so I buy my sacred pain number at 7-11.
They vary widely in their expression of pain. Some are stoic and some are expressive.

And then people wonder why medical professionals have a tendency to ignore the pains of women and minorities and said groups have worse health outcomes.
