My rooting for them or not isn’t going to change their behavior or the way authorities will react to it. So I’ll keep rooting for them until they scour every yacht from the ocean.

Ngl I kinda enjoyed the article, haven't randomly read one in a while, if anything I really like the way the Orca Behaviour Institute lady, ms Shields, framed her points, she sounds like she'd be great in the art of debating, or maybe she's just someone with vast knowledge on the matter actually, anyhow I found it enjoyable & educative

They are intelligent, emotionally complex creatures. ~~But~~ they are ~~not~~ exactly like us.

With the difference that these Orcas have damaged boats and we have damaged Orcas, we catch them, imprison them, make them work for us and torture them and we throw our waste into their living space.
