Yes Aniyomi is safe to use.

You may also like saikou. It has fewer sources compared to aniyomi but it's a good app, especially if you prefer to use anilist.

All it does is plug into pirated anime streaming sites and plays data from there. So pretty much fine. You should always have a vpn on but yeah I wouldn't worry.

Yeah Aniyoma is perfectly safe. Its just a rewrite of Tachiyoma, both Aniyoma and Tachiyoma have their source code publicly displayed as well.

Don't know about aniyomi, but I've used the base tachiyomi for years with no issue.
