Impossible to get rid of or control. You gotta get ladybugs fr fr.
I spray them with water and dish soap and they die in a few hours. Just gotta make sure that you wash it off before the sun hits the plant.

goddamn for real, they are all over my butterfly milkweed. also i think one of the caterpillars got eaten and i am sad.
I swear by water and dish soap sprayed on them, the only downside is that it will absolutely scorch the plant if you don't wash it off before it gets direct sunlight.
ill probably try ladybugs next year
