There are two libertarian turbo-chuds also running for that PA Senate seat, who peeled off nearly twice as many votes from the Republicans than the Greens did from the Democrats. You can even see the edges of their vote totals cropped off in his screenshot.
And that's even assuming they would have voted for either party anyway! Many of them wouldn't have voted at all!
