Good, screw them its time to move on! We made the content, they just let us on the platform. Now were making the platform and the content and they cant own it.

I was already falling out of favor since they added chat. I didn’t want a Goliath. I like the Internet returning to the user.

Down with the corporate overlords. The internet is bigger than 5 websites.

It's giving me a good reason to start weaning off reddit. If my computer's been on it's always been highly likely that it was open in a browser tab.

Now I just gotta try and remember what I used to do before reddit lol

Hahaha. Well now you have lemmy.

I was already weaning off Reddit. It was getting stale and felt like Facebook or instagram. I was ready for a change. Couldn’t have happened at a better time.

I feel like we have the Internet back. It’s not owned by like 10 companies.
