oddly the brand in this image is from california, and doesn't explicitly say anywhere that it isn't pasteurized, though I think it's not.

this is the requirements for CA: https://www.cdfa.ca.gov/ahfss/milk_and_dairy_food_safety/pdfs/RawMilkRequirementsSummary.pdf

It should just be illegal ngl

Oh and they also sell it frozen, for supplementing your pet's food, supposedly, which may be for shipping to states with laws like you mention
