That's actually a slow, dark cover song written exclusively for that film. If you listen to the original version by Tears for Fears, it's a much more energetic, happy-sounding song. You wouldn't even know it was dark unless you were paying attention to the lyrics.

Yeah I remember the Tears for Fears original, wasn’t a fan when I first heard it. It wasn’t until Michael Andrews/Gary Jules’ version that I became hooked.
