I've heard that Raw (sheng) pu-erh, green and sometimes oolong teas are good for hot weather.

Is it true?

Do you have any recommendations or preferences on that?

Tbh any warm drink is good. There's some weird physics stuff going on but it seems that warm drinks help in the long run

Hot drinks help, but only if you can let all the sweat evaporate off your body. If it sticks to your shirt or drops on the floor, then it doesn't work.
