No, it was a pretty common thing to talk about Trump starting WW3, not being trusted with nuclear codes, that he was going to start a war with Russia. Yet we see now that we are much closer to WW3 under Biden than Trump. People can't seem to remember this stuff but was absolutely the narrative.
It's strange if I look up Biden WW3 it looks like he is outright talking about WW3 but I don't see any media talking about "this is how Biden could start WW3" or "Biden could start a war with Russia."

Your absolute statement of "no one ever said that" which I just disproved with 10 seconds of searching, because I know that is in fact what was said many times, shows that you should reconsider your understanding of the situation.
