This is not an ADHD thing, everyone is like this.

Does everyone put off showering until they absolutely have to / risk social standing over it? I shower once a week. Twice when I have an office job. Once every 10 days if I don't. Everybody has quirks. When those quirks negatively affect your life that's when it gets into neurodivergent territory

Some people like showering or the feeling of being clean.

But that is definitely not everyone.

Don't you know the stereotype of high schoolers using deodorant instead of taking a shower?

It isn't an ADHD thing.

It can be an ADHD thing, and also a regular thing 🤷🏼‍♀️ insomnia is a symptom of depression, but not everyone who has trouble sleeping is depressed.

I love the feeling of being clean and fresh the day of/ after a shower. I assumed everyone does. That doesn't really help me get into the shower.
