Just got back into the gym again and want to incorporate yoga. I find that it relaxes me and I think it could help me with my lifts. I'm just not sure when to incorporate it.

I love Yoga with Adrienne. She videos can either be difficult or easy but they all relax me and loosen me up. I highly recommend her videos.
