Israel is a major trading partner of China, and if both-sidesing it stops working for whatever reason, China would side with Israel

I don't think China would squander the good will it's built up over all of its BRI investments in the global south in exchange for whatever tech products Israel can sell to China. Especially since every year China's technical ability advances relative to Israel's, and access to raw materials (which the global south is rich in) becomes relatively more important than specialized nuggets of Western IP.
