I thought it was pepe at first but that doesn't make sense, because they self-identify as pepes, it's probably lizard people which could be a euphemism for literally anything, no way to know what that's suppose to mean to them.

I think they mostly just wanted to have the hand be Palestinian colors, although the implication there that they must therefore always naturally be bloodstained is real cringe
