There was speculation a few days ago that the institutional lenders that still hold stock may try and seize ownership before Elon inevitably sends it's value to zero
I saw it on reddit but that site being what it is, couldn't find the article or discussion when I went looking for it just now. Best I found was https://www.aol.com/finance/exclusive-banks-funded-elon-musk-155724210.html and a series of articles over time that the banks were trying to sell their loans used to buy Twitter and were only being offered 60 cents on the dollar for them.
