I just literally never hear anyone else talk about it. We talk about walkable cities but not 15 minute cities. We talk about fuck cars but not 15 minute cities. The whole discussion about 15 minute cities seems to almost entirely come from the right having some huge reaction to some incredibly background thing that isn't a major policy of anyone. I don't care about ""15 minute cities"" I care entirely about things remaining walkable and public transportation being free.
It all seems primarily a reactionary outrage tool that they have managed to create from something very small in the first place.
It's a reaction to a proposal by the mayor of Paris.
