Lemmy is losing so many potential new users because the UX sucks for the vast majority of people.
What can we do?
I mean one issue might be just mentioning lemmy. I use mbin because I like the ui better and I don't use smartphones and loathe the whole application thing for websites. there is another one too but I lost track of it but it was also about making an early experience better by having people select their interests.
