Whatever else you may or may not do in the future, I for one hope that you give yourself permission to take care of YOU for a little bit here.:-) (put that another way: how could you be any good to anyone else if you did not?)

Perhaps slap a timer on it: a week, a month, whatever you need to grieve for what we've all lost. Then you'll be more able to adapt to whatever is about to come.
