TL;DR: The UK OS~~B~~A strikes again.
Edit: l long thought it were named Bill, not Act. Sorry for the confusion.
You are right though. It was named a Bill, now it is named an Act :-) https://www.parliament.uk/about/how/publications/bills-acts/
What is the UK OSB?
edit: Online Safety Act
What's the B? Bureau?
I still don't know.
I said biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitch!
(looks around for wife)
whispers
I said, I said, I said...
How does it strike again though?
Reading over the government page for this act, it seems like common sense. I get the impression that any properly moderated forum would already be implementing such measures.
Am I missing something.
Because it opens them up to obscene liability if they don't have enforcement and age verifications well outside the range of what anyone who isn't a massive business is capable of implementing.
