I think when Trump said "Just vote this time, after this election you will never have to vote again" just meant that he doesn't care about the next elections and want people to vote for him now, and he doesn't mind if they don't even bother to vote for the next Republican candidate lol

I interpreted it as him saying that he'll fix all problems that there are to fix, to the point where it won't matter anymore who comes next because trump will have solved everything already.
