I know because there's studies and rates you can look up. In spring heart attacks raise something like 24% and stroke 8% on the Monday of daylight savings. That's a public health issue. There's legitimate reasons to not like the change and you literally said you "have nothing but contempt" for people who are "too delicate to survive." πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
