Wanna know a neat trick? You don't have to put stamps on a mail in ballot. The post office has to process it or it would be a pole tax. I worked at USPS through a couple elections ballots were taken way more seriously than anything else, you'll lose your job fast if you fuckup handling them. So I guarantee you no postage ballots get processed the exact same way.
