Kettlebells man, changed my life. Seriously I look better, feel better, I don't have back pain at work anymore, I have awesome stamina now, including in bed (don't call the volcel-judge on me). Make sure you do them right, perfect your form with a light one before trying to swing a big ol' 50 pounder, but yeah they rock, also fun to use.
