What is the point of this little breast pocket near my left shoulder?

I have like 10 t-shirts with a tiny breast pocket right over my left nipple, and what am I supposed to put in there? I've never put fucking anything in this pocket, but it's always there with a tiny tag from whatever manufacturer made the shirt.

Related: why do baby clothes have pockets? What do they need to carry? Pretty rocks, sticks and sand of course, but whats the non-joking rationale behind giving babies pockets?

Makes it easier to tell the back from the front, aesthetic purposes, and then baby likes to collect wood chips and stuff - in that order
