Finished Greedfall!

I really liked the game. The narrative, the quests, the world, all are very good. Combat, while not great, isn't bad either. Excited about Greedfall 2 now.

Dropped Earthlock. The game was good, but for some reason I just lost interest. Worth checking out if you are a JRPG fan.

Played and finished Jenny LeClue - Detectivu. It's a 2D narrative mystery game. Really enjoyed it. Story was good, gameplay was really fun. Only downside, the game didn't finish. It's to be continue. Though, apparently the sequel is in development, so hopefully we will learn about it soon.

Started The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom and loving every minute of it. Not going to say much about it here, since it's just released and many people here would want to experience it themselves, but if you have any questions, you can ask them here.

What about all of you? What have you been playing?

I'm stepping away from Super Smash Bros because now I'm literally just grinding gold extremely slowly to buy the last ~60 odd spirits I'm missing, which are all just DLC spirits. It's not fun that way.

Bought Echoes of Wisdom, but my son's been playing it and I probably won't tackle it myself any time soon.

Instead I bought FFVII since it was on discount and I'd never played it before. I'm slightly disappointed after hearing it being hyped for 20 years - but it's still enjoyable enough to carry on with.

My son is also playing Echoes of Wisdom, and I am finding it really enjoyable. He has done something that I didn't even imagine, and vice versa. So very enjoyable to share different solutions and secrets that we find.

I liked FFIX more than FFVII, but I have played both only in recent years, and FFVII was very hyped for me, so it could be because of super high expectations.

I've helped him out with just a couple of things, like a cloud boss battle, but he's mainly tackling it by himself, which I'm happy with.

FFIX seems to be regarded as a beter game in some ways, but I think FFVII is more iconic. I think I only ever tried out VI before (not for long, I couldn't get into it). I'm not sure whether I'll try out any others after this - I know there's IX and X at least also on the eshop

Oh yeah, he got stuck on that too. But I hadn't played that part yet, so we both just sat down trying to figure it out.
