I've only played a little so far, but yeah, the mechanics with the echoes for fighting and solving puzzles are really fun!
I just got it through the letterbox and I'm afraid to even open it since I have to work 😅

Yeah, I really like these interviews, it's fascinating to learn about the process! And how an idea can end up into something completely different but at the same time an evolution of it.
I'm hoping for this too. But knowing Nintendo, they'll add some gimmick or innovation to it. It's hard to imagine they'll just release a more powerful Switch. Hopefully whatever they innovate with is fun and successful.

Same for me. I didn't expect I'd be getting any more new Switch games this year, but then the Direct came...
As the video says, it doesn't provide all the functionality that the Analogue Pocket has, but it's a very good alternative for a decent price!

Personally, I think Nintendo needs to stop using Star Fox as a tech demo for their new gimmicks like they did with Star Fox Command on the DS and Star Fox Zero on the Wii U. Star Fox: Assault was a great game for the Game Cube and got way more hate than it deserved. The spaceship levels were great, it expanded the story, enemies and characters, and it was a generally fun game.
Star Fox Armada sounded amazing. Do that!
I hope the trend grows. Amazon needs to be abolished, divided, whatever it takes to destroy their monopoly.
I stayed up late last night playing and I agree. It's such a pretty game and the puzzles with the echos are great. You can solve things in different ways, even with the X thing where you get Tri to hold on to something and follow it with R, that's such a cool mechanic. Gathering new echoes also has a Pokemony kind of appeal for me, gotta catch 'em all and see how they work! As someone else commented I do think there's quite a bit of unnecessary dialog in this one, but other than that it's been so much fun and I'm really enjoying it.
