if your core musles are similar to the shooter's, please consider pilates; I know it was a joke in Stepbrothers, but pilates did literally change my life, and it might help you too ❤️ I wouldn't believe the reduction in back pain if it didn't happen to me; it's mind-blowing how much of a difference core strength can make.

I despise that term. Somehow me managed to pathologize being slim but the wrong kind of slim so now people with every conceivable body type can have dysmorphia and hate themselves!
