I'm a white male living in Alabama, and I'm very sorry to hear of this. I'm really sorry and I promise you I'm doing my best to vote in a way that makes life better for you (far above and beyond the current climate). You're all loved.

This article is terrible. TLDR: Use more than one hub.

This has already been happening. I can't count the times I'm told to use Google Chrome or Firefox because Safari isn't supported. This isn't a new thing.

I'm with you. I'd so much prefer to use Safari. Safari 17 is so, so much better than prior releases. But the amount of stupid compatibility problems with sites that keep cropping up drives me nuts.

I can't believe no one else has pointed out the little icon that is added to filenames on the desktop. If you drag an attachment out of Mail, it will add a little email icon to the file name. You can click on the email icon as part of the filename and it will shortcut back to the mail message that has the attachment.

Welp, won't be eating there again.

The recent RHEL drama hasn't changed any of that?

Sigh. I dunno what's going on in the Internet lately, but it's a pretty seismic shift across the board.

I like the fediverse. It reminds me of the old school Internet days - IRC, usenet, etc., before all the corporate tech bros muscled in. I'd prefer for it to stick, but I have some fears about it. I hope everything will be ok.

I do feel a little lost looking for my old Reddit communities, but I keep hoping we'll just cross paths again. For now, I'm just sitting back and enjoying the firehose.
