Unironically agree, everyone owes everyone! I won't be here without my parent's good will, for example. Therefore I owe her. The policeman also owe me something, a good and non-evil-intended policing service for example. Because the people of my country do pay taxes.
If no one owes anyone anything, everyone is all for themselves, just go out there and live in the middle of nowhere.
I think the problem here might lie in your concern of the fingerprint data potentially being sent to other services for any reason. Im sure none of us would care if its not being sent away.

Though if you really want my thoughts, its probably the license used. My project was using AGPLv3 but I relicensed it to regular GPLv3 instead. As ive read, although AGPLv3 has a great and aligned with what I want, the wording in the license seems to be less than useful for lawyers defend you. You can search it up yourself about it.
But beside that, great start!
