Perhaps Elon is an alien send to sabotage our ability to spot the fleet until its too late. It would explain why he doesn't act like a human. ;-)

Because I work in government I have to declare any gift with a value over $50. I also have no power over anything without 5 levels of oversight and this guy is chins deep in bribes and can overrule decades of precedent that affect millions. FFS.

I think that they are saying that they aren't moving away from us, the redshift is caused by this mass change effect not movement or acceleration.
As it would surely create a giant circular 'love bite' at the same time, a successful attempt would resemble gigantic third nipple.

That's only with the artist's agreement though isn't it? Usually because you're paying them. In this case the artist isn't a person so can't grant you the copyright (I think)
