If the link I landed through Connect had the same post number, I can understand it being a Lemmy issue but both the instance and post number is different. It works fine on mobile so it doesn't seem to be a Lemmy bug.

The animation speed was sped up in v1.0.105 beta build. Not sure if that's the right version but it shouldn't be an issue on the current build.
Certain instances, such as Lemmy.ml, uses a filter that censors swear words but that's different from this issue. My other comment in the thread explains the issue.
This is typically caused by not having "undetermined" set as a language. If the thread poster has a language set that you don't have, even if they post in English and you do the same, when you try to reply you get this error. This is a Lemmy issue rather than Connect specific. You'll need to login to your account on the site you registered on, go into Settings, and have "undetermined" as a selected language.
I saw someone trying to test something where child comments had less points than the parent and maybe this was part of it. Though this was over in the Sync for Lemmy community.
The dev mentioned in another post on this issue that they'll add a toggle for the feature that lets you swipe to dismiss the image viewer, which can cause unintended problems for some, in the next update. I'm guessing we'll see it in a day or two.
I didn't even notice you were the one that reported it. I mentioned timeframe expectation cause I thought someone new reported this. 😂
Unfortunately it's still inaccessible on v1.0.104. Hopefully it's fixed in the next update, which would probably be like in a day or two.
Username checks ou.. username does not check out. On a more serious note, Connect for Lemmy has the option to block instances at an account level.
Comment swipe actions work fine but post swipe actions are unfortunately not working in 1.0.101.
On 1.0.96, I did run into an issue with tapping on the keyboard suggestion for my username, which would also add a space at the end, so when I tried logging in it would say the login is incorrect even though it worked fine on mobile. This seems to be fixed on the current beta build where Connect will remove any trailing spaces when you tap on login. If you want to switch to the beta branch, there's an option on Connect's Google Play Store page.
This request was originally posted 24 days ago and the dev added the feature a few days afterwards. In the options menu for posts, comments, and on user pages, you can tap on "Add user note" to tag users.
