Leitungsschutzzschalter löst beim Menschen nicht aus und FI-Schutzschalter hat keinen Fehlerstrom wenns ein Kontakt zwischen Phase und Nulleiter war. Wenn da wirklich beide Kontakte eines Reiseadapters rausstehen ist das eine plausible Möglichkeit.
