Woohooo! Works like a charm!!!

It's mostly small things that I am so used to that makes Boost so great. Thank you for porting it to ~~Mastodon~~ Lemmy (Edit: got my ActivityPub apps confused :) )!

Awesome! In the same boat. Patiently awaiting the next beta

Thank you! So happy that this is happening!

Immediate feedback is that it does not allow login with 2FA (TOTP) yet => "missing totp token".

Edit: Ads removed! Great work!

Edit2: Found another comment and the info that this will be fixed with the next beta... also just set my custom theme to my old boost for reddit colors and it just so nice to have exactly the same user experience with the new lemmy app again. Thank you so much @rmayayo@lemmy.world

Same. Today the user spamming 7 different memes was the last drop in my bucket.

Since unsubbing it is a so much better experience

At least you got 50% of the assignment right :)

Albeit a bit more pricey I love the Garmin Forerunner Smartwatches. There is a very wide variety at many different price points, no subscription and access to all data, integrates well with other services. Not sure about the OLED versions but I love the non OLED ones. Touch display, color (although not as vibrant), smartphone connectivity (e.g. notifications) and even payment (credit card on the watch, no phone needed).... with all that the battery still lasts about 2 weeks.

Sorry for shilling. There was a time when I hated Garmin. But their watches have come a long way.

Sadly appliances with useful dimming options are getting very rare.

In the same boat as OP and other commenters: electrical tape and sharpies FTW
