Since they already sell physical products directly on Steam (Steam Deck, Index, etc.) wouldn't it make sense to integrate it?

The best part is still too come, clicking through the 10 or so questions, where the preselected option is the always the bad one regarding privacy, and the "good" one is a compromise at best.

It's not uncommon. The main use is running the powerful GPU only in games and such, while using the other one the rest of the time, to reduce power consumption, heat and noise.
