Battle Royale 2 or Waiting 2.

Both of them were sequels to movies I loved that nearly ruined the first one retroactively. Usually I just chock it up to bad movie, but those two were beyond painful to watch.

Plex Lifetime Pass back in 2015. Worth every penny.

I think the joke is that they have it sideways and now all their heads are turned sideways as a result. He found what was making their heads tilted. That's my interpretation.
