When you get a problem on Windows that's beyond just finding the right entry in the settings app, the solutions gonna be like:

• Have you tried turning it off
• Restart in safe mode
• SFC /scannow
• Reinstall the OS
• Hack the registry with incomprehensible key names

Gotta say Linux isn't for everyone though, but if there's enough time in one's life to learn the hang of it, it's rewarding.
