I do find it uplifting that they could breastfeed openly and not be shunned for feeding a baby.

Where do you think the story of Cain and Abel came from?

I’m in Canada, but what does it matter if it’s mph or kph? The concept is the same.

And people wonder why America is the way it is. A grown ass adult married woman can’t even grasp the concept of mph. The school system has majorly failed this woman. It’s like even the concept of critical thinking has been eradicated.

The USA proving it’s still number 1…. At murders?

Maybe the rcmp are capable of investigating more than one crime at a time? I mean, by your logic they should only investigate one thing at a time and ignore everything else?

Foundation or Dune pop immediately into my mind. Asimov has an interesting view of humanity. As does Herbert. No aliens really in those books though. Honor Harrington series is also about humanity’s dominance in space. Edit thanks saintwacko for the correction lol

Appple maps sucks outside of the US. I can’t even get cycling directions anywhere in canada. It barely provides even the most basic driving directions. Probably the most useless app on my phone. I don’t even know why they include it outside of the US.
