How much of the infrastructure is government owned? Any if it? I do not think he could do this even if he ordered it.

If the Yes campaign are serious about the Voice to the nation being important to the Indigenous people, then no-one is standing in the way of making it happen. The vote to enshrine it in the Constitution failed, but the body can still be created and can still function primarily the same.

A Government that did not want it in, would simply reduced it to 1-2 people and ignore it.

The representative body can be established without a change to the Constitution.

Voting no doesn't make you racist. Voting no means you do not support the proposed change to the Constitution.

Just to point out, racism does not have to be negative treatment. Racism just has to be inequitable. The proposed amendment creates a system for Indigenous Australians, which is unavailable to other Australians. That is inequitable.

The changes needed can be achieved without a Constitutional amendment.

Equal pay for equal work. Why should someone working in an office building be paid more than someone working remotely, doing the same job?
